I’ve always been deeply driven by my values. So I’ve always been deeply driven by my values.
So much that it ruined my career.

For the longest time, I was guided by these three principles:

Freedom
Contribution
Growth

(That contribution piece is what killed my 9-to-5 career but this is a story for the DMs.)

As a coach, I have always said: revisit your values often.

They evolve as you do.

And recently, I noticed something unexpected in myself:

Growth has stepped back.
And JOY has moved in.

This shift feels like a homecoming.

Contrary to popular grown-up beliefs, joy is not frivolous.

Joy is revolutionary.

It expands us.
It guides us towards our mission.
It nourishes us and everyone around us.

Growth is noble, but joy is wise.

And when you follow what makes your soul light up,

you don’t lose growth - you align with the kind that feels sustainable, sacred, and true.

And fun, because isn't life much better when we let ourselves play a little more?

So as I approach both my birthday and the halfway mark of the year,

I’m celebrating the version of myself who had the courage to let go of what no longer fit.

To stop chasing growth for growth’s sake.

To choose joy and trust it will lead me exactly where I am meant to be.

This is my invitation to you to pause, too.

🌸 What are the values guiding your life and work right now?

🌸 Have they changed? And are you listening?

🌸 What are you leaving behind? And what are you bringing forward into the next 6 months?

Wherever you are in the world, I am wishing you a joy-filled weekend!

Here is the harsh truth no one tells you about “ Here is the harsh truth no one tells you about “productivity hacks” ⚡️

They were never designed for you.

If you have ever thought:
“I’ve tried every tip, yet I still feel stuck.”

Girl, it is not you
It’s the advice:

How could it work when:

It ignores your cycle.

It ignores your energy type.

You’re wired to flow with your energy and cycle, not to fit your whole existence into a 3-step formula.

This is why I created something special - an exclusive 5-day experience to help you dive into syncing strategy (the masculine) with flow (the feminine).

Forget about forcing your work and pushing through your to-do list.

It’s time to find your sweet spot and lead from there with ease and joy.

Save your calendar - the details drop on Monday. 🌸

When I left on holiday, I said I'd delete my most When I left on holiday, I said I'd delete my most used social media app. I didn't do it.

Here is why ⤵

I was afraid I wouldn't remember my LinkedIn password when I downloaded it again.

True story. 😆

So, I let it sit there.
I saw it every day.
And I didn’t feel tempted to open it. Not once.

Not out of discipline, but because I was full.

Full of life. Full of presence. Full of joy.

In fact, in the last 10 days I have used my phone the least this year.

(And have the record low number of photos from a holiday.)

Instead, I was a woman simply, deeply in her life.

My heart is still in that slow, soft pace today,
but I am also feeling quietly lit up about what is coming.

Especially for the Work Like a Woman mastermind beginning in July.

If your soul has been whispering there must be a softer, more aligned way to work and live, keep your heart open.

This space might be what you have been waiting for. ❤

PS: How is June going for you so far?

Tell me something beautiful from your month in the comments. 💛

And hello, June!

Can't wait to see what magic you will bring. 🌸

Let's end the week with a little soul-led rebellio Let's end the week with a little soul-led rebellion, shall we?

As a rebel and a woman who leads from the heart,
I believe in another way.

A way where rest is sacred.

Work is fun and fulfilling.

Success feels joyful and tailor-made for you.

And coaching is a true act of service, not just a money-making machine.

💬 I'm curious:

what is propaganda in your industry that you are no longer buying into?

Let’s name it and change it. ❤️
