The question I started asking: ⤷ How do I want The question I started asking:

⤷ How do I want to feel while I work today?

Not once I have hit the next goal.

Not after I have answered all emails.

𝘛𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺.

This tiny shift was transformative af.

I started choosing intention over busyiness.
Alignment over achievement.
Joy over checking boxes.

Productivity stared to feel like something I 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺, not something I had to push through.

So if this week you are craving:

→ More joy
→ More ease
→ More spaciousness

Start with this:

→ 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁.

Draft a to-be list alongside your to-do list.

Then lead yourself from that energy. ❤

💬 I would love to hear from you:

What is one word you want to feel more of this week?

Tell me how you grew in April - but with a twist. Tell me how you grew in April - but with a twist.
You can't mention any business metrics. 👀

I'll go first:

→ Nurtured my confidence as a solopreneur
→ Learned about soil mixes and fertilisers
→ Welcomed 4 new plant babies to the terrace
→ Stretched my comfort zone in ways that felt big and brave
→ Led myself with compassion through a few low moments
→ Opened the running season and woke up some sleeping muscles
→ Took another step toward admitting that the 30s are hitting me hard (think: kombucha, plant obsession, and feeling genuinely excited about a trip to the hardware store 😬)

In our goal-setting sessions, I always challenge my clients to think of the ways working on their business grows them as humans.

Because if your joy, fulfillment, and self-worth rely only on hitting a couple of metrics, you are building your life on fragile ground.

As solopreneurs, we are always growing our business.

But here is the magic: our businesses are also growing us.

And that kind of growth?

It is personal. Powerful.
And definitely worth celebrating.

So tell me, apart from revenue and follower counts,
how did you actually grow in April? 🌸

PS: If you are ready to grow not just your business, but also your mindset, energy, and joy this summer, my Productivity Power Boost mini coaching offer is open.

It is the perfect way to dip into 1:1 support and set yourself up for a season that feels as good as it looks. Message me to claim one of the limited spots. 💌

The world didn't end when I left hustle culture be The world didn't end when I left hustle culture behind.
(even if it felt super uncomfy at first)

Instead, now I:

• Work deeper, not harder
• Exercise more often
• Finish work early on Friday
• Actually celebrate achieving my goals
• Can take a moment to taste my coffee
• Listen to my body more than to my ego
• Spend much more time cuddling my dog
• Work in a way that fits my goals and energy
• Untangled my self-worth from how many hours I work
• Started saying "yes" to myself and what matters to me
• Give zero f*cks about how my career looks like to Karen
• Waved goodbye to the anxiety and nausiating migraines I used to have
• Rejoice in my ambition knowing it doesn't come at the expense of my health

I won’t lie.

Breaking up with hustle culture felt scary at first.

It was all I had known and I had no idea what to expect on the other side.

Well, it turned out that instead of the end of my drive and achievememnts,

it was the beginning of a life rich in health, joy, and sustainable success.

→ If you are ready to make that shift but don’t know where to start,

→ If you want to take the leap but are afraid to do it alone,

→ If you value personalised support and are curious to explore Human Design,

Then you are definitely in the right place and

You should stay tuned for all the ways we can work together in May.

More info coming next week but... 🤩👇

If you are an action-taker and can't wait to get started on your sanely successful era,

Ever feel like you are back at square one in somet Ever feel like you are back at square one in something you are good at? 👇

That was me. Twice in the last week. Humbling AF.

First, I went for my first run in months.
I felt awkward, slow, heavy. I had to walk.

𝘏𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨.

Then, I opened Substack to write my first note.
Blinking cursor. Blank mind. And what's that weird feeling?

Ah, yes. Doubt mixed with not knowing.
It was like starting from scratch on social media all over again.

𝘈𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨.

And then it hit me:

𝗜𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

→ Mostly solo
→ Requires pacing
→ Lots of snacking involved
→ Demands self-cheerleading
→ Rest is absolutely neccessary

So I wrote about that on Substack and hit publish.

It wasn’t perfect.
Honestly, I am not even sure what “perfect” is on Substack.
But I wasn’t afraid to be a newbie.

Being a beginner used to make me anxious.
Now, it makes me excited because I trust myself and what I can build.

And this is a gift solopreneurship gave me.

If you needed a sign today, here it is:

→ Starting something new requires bravery. Celebrate yourself for it.
→ You can be wildly ambitious and still give yourself grace.
→ Your past skills count. Repurpose and reuse them.
→ Many people have succeeded at what you are starting. Find them. Learn from them. Work with them.

If this resonates, you’ll love my new Substack newsletter: Un-hustle.

Un-hustle is here to support ambitious, soul-led solopreneurs who are building sustainable success without sacrificing their health, joy, or peace at the altar of hustle culture.

If you're curious to check it out, leave the word NEW below and I'll share the link via a message.

Your support in this new beginning is so appreciated! ❤

PS: What is one (weird) life analogy that just clicks with your business journey?

Are you done working hard with few results? I got Are you done working hard with few results? I got you! 👇

When I started my coaching business, I worked. A lot.

8-hour days? Check.
Consistent action? Double check.
To-do lists? Oh, they felt never-ending.

I was doing so much...
But my business? It barely grew.

Because I was prioritising the wrong actions.

And it was frustrating af.

And I see it so often with solopreneurs:

You are hard-working.
You are dedicated, driven, and always on the move.
But deep down, you wonder: 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘪𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨?

I know why. ⤵

Creating impact in your business isn't about how much time you put in.

It is about where your energy goes and whether you are taking the right aligned actions.

Cue the 𝘈𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘗𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘹.

This is a simple but powerful tool to help you cut through the chaos and focus on the things that actually move your business forward with the right energy.

And this month, for the first time ever, I’m teaching it LIVE.

Come join me:

📅 Prioritise with Purpose: Create Maximum Impact In Your Business with Minimum Overwhelm
⏰ April 29th (Tuesday); 12 PM; Zoom

We will work together in real time to:

✔ Get clear on your business goals
✔ Shorten your to-do list
✔ Prioritise your tasks based on the impact they create and the energy they require.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

This isn’t another passive workshop where you take notes and forget them by Tuesday.

This is real-time transformation.

There will be no recording of this session.
Because some breakthroughs only happen when you are fully in the room.

You deserve a business that gives you back everything you put in it.

The question is: will you invest 1 hour to make it happen?

DM me the word PURPOSE and I'll send you the sign up details.

Or head to my profile to save your spot. ☀️

The vibe this week? 10/10. Here is what went down The vibe this week? 10/10.

Here is what went down:

★ Got a new haircut resulting in a 40% increase in my ability to take over the world. (Ladies, you know.)

★ Started a 3-month business coaching journey with @roosand.co .
See that champaign bottle? It is ready to pop the moment I hit my quarterly goal.

★ Prepped two weeks of LinkedIn content in advance.
(A personal record. Might actually frame it.)

★ Finalised the launch of my brand new newsletter.
(Can't tell you how excited I am for you to see it!)

★ Started planning a super cool event.
(It is happening on April 29th and it is going to be GOOD.)

★ Wrapped it all up with a beautiful dinner to celebrate my partner’s birthday.

And the wildest part?

All of this happened while I was deep in my luteal phase (read: low energy with hints of PMS).

How? Easily, actually.

Instead of hustling like a man.
I worked with my energy like a woman.

→ More sleep.
→ More breaks during the day.
→ Systems that make my work easier.
→ Meals with pleanty of good carbs and fats.

So excited for what this month is unfolding into.
We are just getting started. 🤩

💬 Let's celebrate your wins: what is one thing you are proud of this week?

PS: If this post feels like a highlight reel and you are over here just trying to make it through the day, I see you.

I’m coming out of a whole month of feeling off, navigating ups and downs, and being sick.

So if you are in a dip right now, hang in there.
The energy shifts. The spark returns. You’ve got this. 💛
