The story behind 9 to Thrive
In the middle of a June night in 2023, I woke up holding my chest, gasping to catch my breath. I thought I was having a heart attack.
I wasn't. It turned out that the constant hustle, overwhelm, frustration, and pressure I had been feeling at work the previous 6 months culminated in a mid-night anxiety attack. This was the wake-up call I needed to finally break up with hustle culture.
I took my life in my hands: I healed my nervous system, dropped the crazy guilt I carried around self-care, turned my harsh inner voice into a supportive BFF, reorganised my calendar to serve me, and found joy and purpose in my work again.
By June 2024, I was living my vision board: vibrant health, a schedule on my own terms, and plenty of freedom to enjoy summer while serving soul-aligned clients. I never looked back!

We do this through a combination of group coaching, individual coaching, and exploring into your unique Human Design.

What is included in the program:
2. Bi-weekly group coaching calls
Every two weeks we meet for a 90-minute group coaching call. You pre-submit or bring up on spot questions related to the topics we cover in the program and get coaching support on the call. These sessions are recorded so you can catch up even if you are not able to attend.
1. Bi-weekly online modules:
Tune into these video resources to learn more about sustainable success, joyful productivity, and shameless wellness. Each module consists of 2-3 short videos (up to 10minutes each) + self-paced resources like workbooks, exercises, and guided practices.
Week 1: Redefining Success
Topics: origins of your definition of success; differentiating between an inherited vs authentic definition; crafting a new, aligned definition.
Week 3: Shameless Wellness
Topics: the energy of love vs fear, busting limiting beliefs; the 5 pillars of holistic wellbeing; your unique recipe for self-care.
Week 5: Joyful Productivity
Topics: debunking productivity myths; powerful productivity principles to skyrocket your results; your unique recipe for joy at work.
Week 7: Permission to Thrive
Topic: your personal story and narrative psychology; sheding blocks that keep you stuck. This module is like a massive exhale!
2. Individual coaching
Experience the power of 1:1 coaching and dive deeper into your unique desires and needs with 1 60-minute individual coaching session. You can use this time to focus on specific challenges related to any topic that we cover in 9 to Thrive.
3. Personalised Human Design guide
Human Design is a comprehensive self-knowledgement system that combines astrology, the Chinese I Ching, Vedic philosophy, and more. As part of your 9 to Thrive experience, I create a beautiful personalised Human Design guide just for you!
The guide introduces you to how to work with your energy type, make aligned decisions, and use your gifts and talents in work and relationships. After studying your guide, we jump on a 30-minute call to address your questions and talk about how you can implement your Human Design knowledge to support you in achieving your goals.
4. Voice & chat support

Q: How much time do I need to commit each week?
A: I would book around 3 hours a week. Our weekly group calls are around 90 minutes long + you want to have time to engage with the self-paced resources.
Q: Do I get lifetime access to the resources?
A: Your access to the course will expire 8 weeks after the start of the program. You will not have access to the recordings of the group sessions & videos after that. I recommend you to download the self-paces PDF resources, and use them for as long as you need.
Q: Can I book additional individual coaching sessions?

Q: Can I get a refund if I don't enjoy the program?
A: If you do not enjoy the program, you can get a refund by the end of week 1. After that, your investment is non-refundable.
