Here is the difference:

👉 The 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 is the action or result you are after:

→ Finish the yearly report by 4 PM on Thursday
→ Hit the gym after work

We excel at the what's because we are masters of writing to-do lists.

👉 The 𝗵𝗼𝘄 is the way you accomplish the what.

Often, we forget to set any intention for the how and end up in situations such as:

→ 0.8l of coffee, hurry, and a near anxiety attack (or is it just jitters?) as you send the report to the wrong Dan
→ Hitting the gym hungry and tired and leaving early to grab some junk food

Sound relatable?

👉 Focusing on the 𝗵𝗼𝘄 is step 1 in breaking free from hustle culture. This applies to wellness, work, setting goals, you name it.
