In today's fast-paced world, finding or creating pockets of calm and focus can be a challenge. Mindfulness, the practice of being fully present in the moment, can help. "Mindfulness in Motion" is an interactive workshop that is more than just another mindfulness session. It's a practical experience created to help you understand and incorporate this practice into your everyday life. During this interactive workshop, we explore the characteristics of mindfulness and its practical benefits, equipping you with tools to integrate it into your daily routine. Our aim is to help you enhance your wellbeing, improve your focus, and build resilience, all while finding moments of peace amidst the daily chaos.

Workshop Outline
The Mindfulness In Motion workshop consists of 3 parts:
1. What is mindfulness: we discover the 3 main characteristics of mindfulness and share examples
2. Why should we care about it: we speak about the multiple benefits of mindfulness and the modern-day obstacles that prevent us from practising it every day
3. Ways to practice mindfulness every day: we explore mindfulness practices and brainstorm ways we can integrate them into our daily routine
Workshop Activities
Depending on the duration of the workshop, it can contain 2 to 3 activities:
1. Ice-breaker: a short activity to allow us to mentally arrive at the workshop and tune into the topic
2. Exploration opportunity: a longer activity that allows the participants to experience mindfulness on the spot
3. Reflection opportunity: a longer activity that allows the participants to reflect on mindfulness and its benefits for their work & personal lives

How much time in advance can I book a workshop?
I recommend at least 2 weeks in advance to align on availability. However, sometimes I have the bandwidth to partner with you on a shorter notice. Therefore, reach out and I will do my best to be there for you and your team!
I am running short on time. Is it possible to not customise the content and have an out-of-the-box experience?
Yes, absolutely. Customizing the content is optional.
