When I began my career in 2015 the concept of wellbeing at work was considered a luxury mainly accessible to larger corporations. However, in recent years, we've witnessed a remarkable shift as employees themselves are driving a renewed focus on wellness in the workplace. Over the past eight years, I've navigated through various companies and diverse work environments, encountered different leadership styles, and worked in a wide range of teams.
