About this workshop
In 2020, I began my journey of learning and growth as a holistic wellbeing coach. It was that same year that The Wellbeing Blueprint workshop was born (under a slightly different name) driven by my desire to help people thrive in their personal and professional lives. The workshop you see and experience today has evolved from my humble beginnings into the most requested and loved Well Kind Better @ Work experience.
The Wellbeing Blueprint workshop focuses on the five pillars of holistic wellbeing: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social. We come together to explore these areas, and share experiences, challenges, and insights. We uncover the subtle connections between these pillars and how they impact our mental health and overall wellness. You gain insights and practical tips for enhancing these wellbeing areas in your life. This is not just a workshop - it is a commitment to self-improvement and to strengthening the areas that bear the most impact on your wellbeing.

Workshop Outline
The Wellbeing Blueprint workshop consists of 3 parts:
1. Learning about holistic wellbeing and why it matters in our daily lives
2. Understanding and exploring each of the 5 pillars of holistic wellbeing: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social
3. Learning about the GI Joe fallacy and mapping steps on how to improve our wellbeing moving forward
Workshop Activities
During The Wellbeing Blueprint workshop, we engage in a few activities:
1. Ice-breaker: we get to know each other and learn about the personal motivations behind attending the workshop
2. The Wheel of Wellbeing: the participants evaluate the state of each of the 5 pillars of wellbeing in their lives while we advance through the workshop
3. Reflection activity: we reflect on what was learned and brainstorm how to implement it in daily life

You start by filling in this online intake form. Then, we book a 30-minute call to meet and address the details and your questions.
How much time in advance can I book a workshop?
I recommend at least 2 weeks in advance to align on availability. However, sometimes I have the bandwidth to partner with you on a shorter notice. Therefore, reach out and I will do my best to be there for you and your team!
I am running short on time. Is it possible to not customise the content and have an out-of-the-box experience?
Yes, absolutely. Customizing the content is optional.
I would like to run a longer/shorter session than the available ones for my team. Is that possible?
